WARRANTY
1 year on all hardware. 7 days on Labour
We pass on the warranty offered by the Manufacturer. Warranty is RTB (Return to Base). So, in case of a warranty claim on hardware, the item needs to be returned to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then either repair or replace the part. This can take a few days or weeks. In order to minimise your downtime, we can replace the part with a new one straight away and deal with the warranty claim ourselves. We just charge you for our labour. On some parts the warranty could be more than 1 year.
