Data Backup
With the Full Reinstall Service alone the hard drive is re-formatted so you will lose all data .
If the data, like documents and photos, are important to you we can save them for you. In this case we back up every file on your system onto an external hard drive and then perform a full reinstall. Your Data is then restored back onto your hard drive. If the hard drive is in working condition, you will not lose any data, however programs will need to be installed again.
